Many of our courses are hosted at one of LearningStream’s partner companies, such as MindLeaders. The interface to watch or interact with your online course may vary depending on the type of course, whether it is video based on interactive, and the subject matter. The following is an overview of how to use the online course and navigate through the menus.
Note: It is important to remember that you may not see every course(s) that you've purchased from LearningStream withi this interface. LearningStream utilizes several course content providers and as orders for courses are placed, these new courses may not appear within the same window. ALL OF YOUR COURSES ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE LEARNINGSTREAM MY ACCOUNT PAGE and we recommend you access all of your courses from this web page.
Starting Your Online Course(s)
1) Click the View All Learning Resources link on the left side of your web page under My e-Learning to view all of the available courses or chapters for your purchased class(es).

When viewing all of the chapters or courses, you will see an expandable outline view similar to the picture below. You can navigate to a particular course or section of your online class. You can also click on the Info… link to see a detailed description of a specific course or section.

Most courses begin automatically or you need to press a "Begin Couse" that might be displayed in the main window. While in a course, you can use the controls at the bottom of the window to skip ahead, move backward, or pause. On the left side of the window, you can search the course for specific topics and an overall outline of the course that you can select and jump ahead to. Some course also have a "Show Me" button that will show you more detail on how to perform a certain function that is being taught.

3) You can exit the course/module at any time by clicking on the Exit button at the bottom of the above window.
4) Most courses include Quiz functionality that will ask a series of questions of the covered material. Optional quizes are sometimes asked at the end of each section or module and sometimes there is a specific "quiz" button on the interface. Note that you can view your course progress and scores from the Transcripts feature discussed below.
