Access for Instructors

Key people such as facilitators, instructors, or coordinators in your organization who do not manage the registration process still need to be in the loop. Learning Stream’s facilitator access feature provides them read-only access to classes you assign to them with one significant exception: They can mark attendance using any computer or mobile device with access to the Web.

Instructors and other stakeholders can receive password-protected access to class and registrant information, such as class dates, times, confirmed registrations, etc. Then, in real time, facilitators can mark attendance via their smartphones or other connected devices. The information updates immediately in your Learning Stream account. Facilitators also have the ability to see and update assignment grades that can be entered for event assignments
