Learning Stream should not be confused with a law firm or an ad agency. We don’t think in terms of billable hours. That’s because the day-in, day-out support we provide is free. If a customer has a question, we will answer it without starting a stopwatch just so we can bill for our time.
A Learning Stream subscription, which itself is the antithesis of nickeling and diming, includes nuts-and-bolts customer support. If you have questions, we will answer them as quickly as possible. As it should be, human support is a key feature of the system, just like payment management, reporting, and everything else. We want to hear from you. In fact, we will check in with you if we haven’t heard from you in a while.
