We want everyone who visits the Learning Stream – GoSignMeUp website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.

What are we doing?

To help us make the Learning Stream – GoSignMeUp website a positive place for everyone, we’ve been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, 508 Standards and VPAT 2.4 template. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We have chosen Level AA as the target for the Learning Stream – GoSignMeUp website.

100% conformance is always our goal. Learning Stream and GoSignMeUp strive to provide the most conformant and usable product for its customers.

If an issue is identified and reported by our customers, registrants, or other parties, we will work to resolve the issue in a timely manner so that the issue identified is resolved. We engage third-party accessibility partners who will work with our team address such issues by assisting us in any necessary remediation and documentation and by evaluating our conformance improvements.

How are we doing?

Currently, the Learning Stream – GoSignMeUp website is partially conformant to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, level AA. Partially conformant means there are still some guidelines that are not supported. We are working hard to achieve our goal of Level AA accessibility, but we realize there are some areas that still need improving.

A note about our customer created content: Some of the content including, audio and video is created and provided by our customers, therefore we do not have the ability to monitor conformance of that content.
